Standard Delivery: will arrive within 10 business days, to the contiguous US. In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 20 business days for delivery.

Express Delivery: will arrive within 3 to 5 business days if ordered by 1:00 PM (EST). In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.

Superfast Delivery: will arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 1:00 PM (EST). In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 7 business days for delivery.

Returns

Shoe Feetish stands behind the quality brand name products that we sell. Due to our extreme confidence in our products and our desire to deliver only the highest level of service, we have created a consumer-friendly returns process. All it takes is filing a Return Authorization Form (RMA) and shipping the product back to us within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. We require the RMA to process your return in the most efficient and timely manner. A return will not be processed without RMA #. The RMA is only valid for 14 calendar days from the issue date.

You may obtain a RMA form by emailing customerservice@shoefeetish.com. The form will be sent to the email address provided. Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Shoes must be unworn and in orginal package. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your refund, credit your charge card, or issue a merchandise credit. If the item(s) returned to us are returned within 30 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment, less shipping & handling charges. If the item(s) returned are returned after 30 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a merchandise credit, less shipping & handling charges. For credits issues to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. We cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage.
